Over conservative villa Polat:
Villa Polat 1 is a 4-bedroom holiday villa for 8 people in Kayaköy. Built of natural stone in accordance with the historical structure, the villa is equipped with very high quality and stylish furniture. It has a large and spacious swimming pool and a beautiful garden. There is also a jacuzzi by the pool. The villa is a 10-15 minute drive from Ölüdeniz, 5 minutes from the center of Hisarönü and only 10 minutes from Gemiler Bay and the beach.
NOTE: There is a heated pool in our villa and it is included in the price between October 1 and April 30.
NOTE: If pool heating is requested in other months, a heating fee of 2500 TL will be charged
charged.
* In all our villas:
The villa check-in time on the first day is 4:00 PM at the earliest and the villa check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Cleaning is done in between. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the villa.
* Our villas are often located in the middle of nature. This makes it possible that insects, butterflies, flies, snakes, lizards, etc. can occur in the area.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet in front
common use.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet in front
common use.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, terrace, bathroom and
toilet for common use.
Bedroom 4: This is a suite room. 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe,
makeup table, terrace, bathroom and toilet.
Important to know:
Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc are included in the price. Insurance such as travel and cancellation insurance is not included in the price. The client who rents the villa or apartment is deemed to have accepted in advance the rental conditions stated on the web page www.trueturkeytravel.com.
The deposit is 30% of the total sum and is non-refundable and must be paid immediately upon reservation. You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival. If you book 6 weeks before departure, you must pay the entire amount in 1x, this amount is not refundable.
Borg:
The deposit is 1000 tl or 100 euros to be paid on arrival and can be given to True Turkey Travel or paid into the account of True Turkey Travel when booking. If no damage is found on departure, you will receive your deposit back immediately. True Turkey Travel is in no way responsible for damage to the villa or its contents that you have made in any way. If you notice damage upon arrival, report it immediately to the host of the villa or to True Turkey Travel.
