Villa Şato Okaliptüs is located in Kayaköy, one of the favorite areas of Fethiye. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Therefore it is ideal for large families and large groups of friends. You can enjoy plenty of oxygen, peace and tranquility in and of nature while your children enjoy themselves in the table tennis table and mini children's playground in the lush and wide garden. Completed in 2021 and designed in a comfortable and modern way, Villa Şato Okaliptüs is waiting for our guests.* In all our villas:
The villa check-in time on the first day is 4:00 PM at the earliest and the villa check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Cleaning is done in between. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the villa.
* Our villas are often located in the middle of nature. This makes it possible that insects, butterflies, flies, snakes, lizards, etc. can occur in the area.

Important to know:
Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc are included in the price. Insurance such as travel and cancellation insurance is not included in the price. The client who rents the villa or apartment is deemed to have accepted in advance the rental conditions stated on the web page www.trueturkeytravel.com.
The deposit is 30% of the total sum and is non-refundable and must be paid immediately upon reservation. You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival. If you book 6 weeks before departure, you must pay the entire amount in 1x, this amount is not refundable.
Borg:
The deposit is 2000 tl or 100 euros to be paid on arrival and can be given to True Turkey Travel or paid into the account of True Turkey Travel when booking. If no damage is found on departure, you will receive your deposit back immediately. True Turkey Travel is in no way responsible for damage to the villa or its contents that you have made in any way. If you notice damage upon arrival, report it immediately to the host of the villa or to True Turkey Travel.
