This excursion is for people who like a challenge. You depart from Ölüdeniz by van to the top of Babadağ. After instructions, preparation and extra check of the well-maintained equipment, you jump down together with your instructor. After the run-up and the jump, it's time to sit back and enjoy the view over Ölüdeniz and the beautiful Blue Lagoon. You soar through the air like a true eagle. We at True Turkey Travel have also done this excursion ourselves and it is really recommended. For the sake of fairness, we would like to mention that if you want to participate in this excursion, you must be able to walk and not be afraid of heights.

Ölüdeniz is one of the best paragliding spots in Europe, if not in the world. The spectacular view and stable weather conditions make it absolutely perfect. From prime take-off locations close to the 1960 m peak of Babadag Mountain, your flight will take you over the ridges with panoramic views of the white, expanse of beach and the famous Ölüdeniz Lagoon. After a flight of 25 to 35 minutes, you will land smoothly close to the beach.

Booking is essential, don't leave it until your last day as we are dependent on weather conditions.

The professional pilots fly four times a day, every day, with people like you; man, woman, young and old on this amazing adventure.

Each passenger is briefed and given a helmet, all pilots carry complete spare and communication systems, weather conditions are carefully assessed before we take you off.

The equipment is also professionally maintained and certified equipment and operating procedures are used.

What is the minimum – maximum age to fly?

Almost everyone can paraglide, flying with passengers from 4 to 84 years old. If you are older and in good shape, you can also participate.

When does the season start/end?

The season starts the third week of April and ends the first week of November.

Am I insured during the flight?

Yes, our comprehensive insurance covers you up to TL 3,000,000 (approximately 184,000 Euro) for medical care in TURKEY, not including repatriation!

Cancellation Refund?

Refunds are given for cancellations made 24 hours before the flight.

How much does a tandem paragliding flight cost?

A flight costs about 150 Euro (depending on the daily exchange rate) including transport to the mountain, entrance fee and insurance. You can ask for the exact price at True Turkey Travel.
