You book this return flight yourself, we advise you not to wait too long to book your flight.

To finalize your booking:

In connection with the booking of the Villa, we ask for a direct deposit of € 250 per person with every booking. Your booking is only final when we have received the down payment.

There is no refund of your deposit.

Terms of payment :

The remainder of the travel sum must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start date. If the agreement is entered into within 8 weeks before departure, the entire amount due must be paid immediately.

In the event of any promotional campaigns, the full amount must be paid after the invoice with the specified payment term has been issued. Late payment can, after summons, lead to immediate termination of the agreement by Serenitytrips. In that case, the provisions relating to cancellation apply and the applicable cancellation costs are deducted from the travel sum. Serenitytrips is in no way liable in case the guest cannot participate in the trip due to shortcomings in the travel documents. All associated costs are the responsibility of the guest.

Travel documents:

The guest must be in possession of a valid travel document, namely a Dutch passport or Dutch identity card. The guest must ensure that the document is valid for at least 150 days from the day of arrival in Turkey. Please note: Emergency travel documents are NO longer accepted for travel to Turkey, so make sure everything is in order. Serentiytrips is not liable for loss, damage or loss of luggage, travel documents and documents during the trip and the stay at Serenitytrips. The guest is responsible for taking out travel and cancellation insurance. The guest is obliged to take out full travel insurance for risks covered by a standard travel and accident insurance policy. Cancellation insurance is also highly recommended. For guests who do not have Dutch nationality and do not live in the Netherlands, it is advisable to check which medical costs are covered, whether Covid-19 is included in the insurance package.
