Over Villa Sea Hill:

Villa/bungalow Sea Hill consists of a small park with 5 bungalows and is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Faralya near Fethiye. Villa Sea Hill 5 is new to TrueTurkeyTravel's range this year and we are proud to be able to offer this accommodation to you. The park is very quiet and you have your own private swimming pool at the bungalow. Nature lovers and peace seekers can indulge themselves here, close by is the beautiful butterfly valley that is definitely worth a visit. There are several options to go to the beach in Faralya. The nearest beach is Aktaş plaj. The bungalows are neat and modern and some have a jacuzzi.

* Faralia; In terms of geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all of our villas in Faralya and surroundings it is necessary to go up/down via winding snake roads and hairpin bends. Some villas are accessible via an unpaved road.* In all our villas:

The check-in time of the villa on the first day is 4:00 PM in the afternoon at the earliest and the check-out time of the villa is 10:00 AM in the morning.

Cleaning:

The villa is cleaned upon arrival. For stays of 1 week there is no cleaning, for stays longer than 1 week cleaning will be done after 1 week. If you want extra cleaning or extra clean bed linen, this can be done on request and for a fee.

Important to know:

Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc are included in the price. Insurance such as travel and cancellation insurance is not included in the price. The client who rents the villa or apartment is deemed to have accepted in advance the rental conditions stated on the web page www.trueturkeytravel.com.

The deposit is 30% of the total sum and is non-refundable and must be paid immediately upon reservation. You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival. If you book 6 weeks before departure, you must pay the entire amount in 1x, this amount is not refundable.

Borg:

The deposit is 1000 tl or 50 euros to be paid on arrival and can be given to True Turkey Travel or paid into the account of True Turkey Travel when booking. If no damage is found on departure, you will receive your deposit back immediately. True Turkey Travel is in no way responsible for damage to the villa or its contents that you have made in any way. If you notice damage upon arrival, report it immediately to the host of the villa or to True Turkey Travel.
