Living room:

The living room has a sitting area, TV, air conditioning and a 6-person dining table. There is a direct exit from the living room to the pool. There is also a shared toilet on the living room floor.

Wifi is available in the accommodation.

Cleaning:

The villa is cleaned upon arrival. For stays of 1 week there is no cleaning, for stays longer than 1 week cleaning will be done after 1 week. If you want extra cleaning or extra clean bed linen, this can be done on request and for a fee.

Swimming pool:

Swimming pool: In the private garden there is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 4 x 8 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters. The maintenance of the pool and garden is done once a day in the morning or evening. There are 4 sun loungers with umbrellas.

Garden:

There is a dining table with chairs and a barbecue in the garden of the villa. There is a rocking chair and sun beds with umbrellas.

Important to know:

Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc are included in the price. Insurance such as travel and cancellation insurance is not included in the price. The client who rents the villa or apartment is deemed to have accepted in advance the rental conditions stated on the web page www.trueturkeytravel.com.

The deposit is 30% of the total sum and is non-refundable and must be paid immediately upon reservation. You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival. If you book 6 weeks before departure, you must pay the entire amount in 1x, this amount is not refundable.

Borg:

The deposit is 3000 tl or 200 euros to be paid on arrival and can be given to True Turkey Travel or paid into the account of True Turkey Travel when booking. If no damage is found on departure, you will receive your deposit back immediately. True Turkey Travel is in no way responsible for damage to the villa or its contents that you have made in any way. If you notice damage upon arrival, report it immediately to the host of the villa or to True Turkey Travel.
