Villa Kübra is located in Akbel, Kalkan, a small seaside town that fascinates with its beautiful history and beautiful clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This villa, which has a beautiful sea view, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a very large swimming pool, jacuzzi and a children's pool for the children to enjoy themselves. Villa Kübra is an original villa designed with the smallest details in mind in terms of architecture and design. You can watch the sunset in the evening and an unforgettable vacation awaits you with your loved ones facing the sea.

* In all our villas:

The villa check-in time on the first day is 4:00 PM at the earliest and the villa check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Cleaning is done in between. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the villa.

* Our villas are often located in the middle of nature. This makes it possible that insects, butterflies, flies, snakes, lizards, etc. can occur in the area.

toilet/bathroom is just outside the room, common. (2nd floor) Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning and balcony.

Cleaning:

The villa is cleaned upon arrival. For stays of 1 week there is no cleaning, for stays longer than 1 week cleaning will be done after 1 week. If you want extra cleaning or extra clean bed linen, this can be done on request and for a fee.

Swimming pool:

There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: 10.3m X 4.3m Depth; 1.6m-1.4m.

Kids Pool: 2m X 2m, Depth; 40cm.

There is a 2x2 Jacuzzi in the pool.

Garden:

There are 6 sun loungers, dining table and chairs, barbecue.

Important to know:

Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc are included in the price. Insurance such as travel and cancellation insurance is not included in the price. The client who rents the villa or apartment is deemed to have accepted in advance the rental conditions stated on the web page www.trueturkeytravel.com.

The deposit is 30% of the total sum and is non-refundable and must be paid immediately upon reservation. You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival. If you book 6 weeks before departure, you must pay the entire amount in 1x, this amount is not refundable.

Borg:

The deposit is 2000 tl or 200 euros to be paid on arrival and can be given to True Turkey Travel or paid into the account of True Turkey Travel when booking. If no damage is found on departure, you will receive your deposit back immediately. True Turkey Travel is in no way responsible for damage to the villa or its contents that you have made in any way. If you notice damage upon arrival, report it immediately to the host of the villa or to True Turkey Travel.
